Refunds and Exchange Policies

Return/Exchange Policy:

    No returns or exchanges are accepted for special orders, discounted items, clearance, altered jewelry or gift cards. These items are final sale. Gift cards purchased online are only valid for redemption online.

    Gift-with-purchase transactions are eligible for exchanges of equal or grater value only.

    Generally, repairs can be completed within 3-4 weeks depending on the nature of the repair. Items that require recasting or alterations may take longer.

    Refund Policy:

    Once a transaction has processed, the customer has agreed to pay the said price of the order. Prices on are subject to change without notice. Please expect to be charged the price for the item you buy as it is listed on the day of purchase.

    Online orders can not be returned or refunded in Store.
