EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU Right of Withdrawal & Returns
If you live in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains that right and how to use it. It is separate from, and in addition to, any voluntary return policy we offer.
Your right to withdraw
You may cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in separate shipments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please use this link to our EU Withdrawal portal or use the contact us form at the bottom of this page:
Returning your items
If you withdraw from your order, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as you remain responsible for the items until we receive them.
You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning — in the same way you would be permitted to examine them in a store.
Your refund
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (but not any extra cost arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our cheapest standard option). We will issue the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
Items excluded from the right of withdrawal
Certain goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law. Subject to your confirmation, this includes:
- Jewelry made to your specifications or clearly personalized — for example, engraved, custom-sized, or made-to-order pieces.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery — for example, earrings for pierced ears.
Where an exemption applies, we will make this clear at the time of purchase.
