To mark the occasion, we’ve partnered with Sera, an award-winning seaside-esque oasis at the Renaissance in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, to bring you something truly special — the Sera French Martini. It’s a tropical take on a classic, perfect for sipping in the sunshine or toasting to aloha wherever you are.

🍸 The Sera French Martini

This cocktail is as refreshing as it is elegant, blending the sweetness of pineapple with the rich notes of raspberry and the smooth finish of vodka. It’s topped with a slice of fresh or dried pineapple for that perfect tropical touch.

Ingredients:

• 1 part Pineapple Juice
• 1 part Chambord (or your favorite raspberry liqueur)
• 2 parts Vodka 

Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake well until chilled.
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with a fresh or dried pineapple slice.
