Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days and shipped via UPS 2-Day. Orders less than $100 ship via USPS. Signature requirement is highly recommended for all purchases. If you decided to waive the signature requirement, the customer is responsible for any lost packages or delivery theft. In some cases where UPS delivery is unable, USPS will be the preferred carrier. International orders are subject to customs / duty fees. Any customs, duties, or taxes that pertain to the shipping destination will be calculated and added to orders at checkout. Maui Divers Jewelry is not responsible for any applicable fees due upon delivery.
- All Customs and import duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your nearest Customs office for this information, prior to ordering.

- Return shipping is not included for any orders.
- For customer located within the EU, orders must be above $150 USD.

Once you place your curbside pickup order, we will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received.
Once the order it ready, you will receive a "Ready for Pick Up" email with instructions for picking up your order. Depending on what time your order is placed and when pickup location is open, your order may not be ready until the following business day.
After 7 days items that are not picked up will be canceled and the payment method you provided at the time of the order will be refunded.
Maui Divers Jewelry accepts returns and exchanges for online purchases if jewelry is returned in saleable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days of receiving the item. Online orders may not be returned in-store. With exception of Kamaʻaina and Military discounts, no returns or exchanges are accepted for discounted and clearance jewelry, gift cards, special orders, and alterations.
We offer a Forever Guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials on our merchandise forever. Lost, damaged, or stolen jewelry does not qualify for replacement under our Forever Guarantee.
